I enjoyed this read as a fellow backpacker and blogger I always want to visit new countries especially the hidden parts of Europe. I hitchhiked into Transnistria a couple of months ago and it sure was a unique experience. A French friend of mine was with me and he’s Black. One child in Tiraspol ran up to him wanting a photo beside him looking so mesmerised.

A deceitful provocateur and warmonger. The word “Transnistria” in relation to Pridnestrovians is tantamount to a death wish for them. I hope someone breaks your fingers for the disgusting things you type with them.

Hi Rodrigo, I don’t know why the Pridnestrovians offended you so much, but the use of the word “Transnistria” in relation to them must have good reasons. The author of the comment above, who is probably also a Pridnestrovian, is right. There can be only two reasons: either you feel personal hatred for Pridnestrovie and are fulfilling someone’s political order for anti-Pridnestrovian attacks, or you simply enjoy provocations, which may indicate your serious mental disorders. In any case, such behavior and this article is disgusting.
